The author tells us about the power of feelings in our life.

She also confirms that the law of attraction is a law of nature. It is as impartial as the law of gravity.

She says that nothing come into your experience unless you summon it through persistent thoughts.

To know what you are thinking, ask yourself how you are feeling.

Emotions are valuable tools that instantly tell us what we are thinking.

It is impossible to feel bad and at the same time to have good thoughts.


Your feelings are your frequency feedback mechanism.

One easy way to start feeling is to close your eyes (shutting out distraction), focus on your feelings inside, and smile for one minute.

The feeling is awareness when you think, then the thought magnetically attaches itself to the like frequency, and then within seconds sends the reading of that frequency back to you through your feeling.

It's really important that you feel good, because this feeling good is what goes out as a signal into the universe and starts to attract more of itself to you. Your thoughts determine your frequency, and your feelings tell you immediately what frequency you are on.
When you feel bad you are on the frequency of drawing more bad things. 

When you feel good, you are powerfully attracting more good things to you.

When you're feeling down, did you know you can change it in an instant? Put on a beautiful piece of music, or start singing - that'll change your emotion, or or think of something beautiful. Think of a baby or somebody that you truly love, and dwell on it. Really keep that thought in your mind. Block everything out but that thought. I guarantee you'll start to feel good.

The feeling of love is the highest frequency you can emit. The greater the love you feel and emit, the greater the power you are harnessing.

There is a beautiful story of Gautam Buddha.

When Gautam Buddha was traveling from village to village in order to flourish with his knowledge. He met an angry person who was saying Gautam that he has no right to share knowledge, you are nothing but a false sage. Then the Buddha replied peacefully, " If you buy a gift for someone but he didn't want to take it then say me the gift belongs to whom."
The man was amazed at the question of the Buddha and replied harshly, "To me."
"Likewise, your words aren't going to hurt me but it will hurt you in return as I ain't going to receive it."




Moral of this story is you cannot harm another with your thoughts and words, you can only harm you.
